Available from Monday to Friday 6.00 am to 10.00 am, Saturday/Sunday & Public Holidays 7.00am - 10.00am. Evening : After a drink in the bar, wander down into the Brasserie and experience value for money in a "rustic French" atmosphere. The Brasserie is open nightly from 6.00pm. Choose from our international buffet or a la carte menu. Activities : When staying in Brisbane the options are endless - numerous city attractions are within an easy walk, and it's only a short trip to many of our coastal "hotspots".
